Please allow 7-14* business days (Monday-Thursday) for order precessing unless otherwise noted.  This processing time allows us to prep, your order before shipping it.  Due to the Covid-19 Global Pandemic we sometimes have to wait longer for high demand supplies (chain, clasps, etc) this also sadly makes our processing time longer.  We know you're super excited to wear your new goods and we want to get them to you fast!  Trust us, we HATE the shipping/supply shortages and delays due to Covid-19 too!

Orders shipped within the US *usually* arrive 5-7 business days after your shipping confirmation email*.  Please note that there is a processing time of 7-14 business days (Monday-Thursday) before your order ships.  International shipping is usually **2-4 weeks after shipping confirmation email*.  

**Due to the Covid-19 Global Pandemic, ALL shipping services have delays.  Once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, it is quite literally out of our hands and there is nothing we can do to speed up your order.  Sadly, shipping estimates are just that in a global pandemic: estimates.  It could be much shorter or much longer for your order to arrive to you.  All shipping services are doing their best in the middle of a horrible Global Pandemic. 

Please note that ATALANKA is not responsible for additional taxes, delays, duties, customs charges, customs holding your order longer than usual, lost, or delayed orders due to shipping carriers, etc. ​We insure every package for the value of the entire order should there be a problem.  If there is a problem with your shipping, please contact USPS with your tracking number.

Sometimes you need an order fast.  And that means standard shipping just won't do.  Please contact me at ash@shopatalanka.com to see if the item you need is currently in stock and so I can get a expedited shipping estimate for you.  Please note that there will be a rush order fee in addition to the expedited shipping costs.  Rush order fees start at $80+

All of our jewelry is handmade and should be treated with care.  Our 14k Gold Filled, Rose Gold Filled, and Sterling Silver jewelry can be worn during normal daily activities such as washing hands, showering, bathing, etc.   

We always recommend taking any jewelry off when swimming, in the sauna, or cleaning with harsh chemicals, (the chemicals aren't good for any kind of jewelry especially diamonds and gemstones and will eventually lead to less luster in your beautiful gemstones whether from ATALANKA or other jewelers.  We just want the best for you and your jewelry!).

It is also a good idea to take off rings when getting a manicure and removing necklaces and earrings when having makeup applied or hair treated.  

Our 14k Gold pieces do not tarnish and turn and therefore will not need to be cleaned!  Yay!!  Should you get something on your piece (soap, lotion, gum, etc.) just wash off with a mild soap and warm water and pat dry with a soft cloth.  Tada!  Back to normal!  One of the many many reasons we LOVE 14k Gold Filled - no tarnishing!!

Each Brass piece comes with a heavy jeweler's polish on it, this helps prevent oxidation. After a while, this polish will begin to wear off.  

-A polishing cloth or polishing pad will restore shine beautifully!

-You can use a mild baking soda and water paste to scrub brass pieces with a soft cloth and water to rinse well after.  (Never ever ever use baking soda on gemstones or diamonds!!  Baking soda is a mild abrasive and will scratch the surface of your gemstones and diamonds over time leading to less sparkle and luster in your diamonds and gemstones!  This goes for ATALANKA jewelry pieces and pieces from other jewelers.  No one ever wants to tell you this because so many jewelry companies can make more money if you keep coming to them to have your piece 'cleaned and shined'.  It hurts your jewelry, but makes them more money.  We just want to be honest with you and help your jewelry (whether from us or someone else) live your best longest sparkly life ever!)

*Please note that when you clean/polish a piece this totally removes the jeweler's sealant and your piece will oxidize faster.
